Hi there, I had exactly the same thing after having my DD. It went away after I (naughtily) popped them, and they didn't come back. (I am in no way advising you to pop them , I'm pretty sure they would have gone away by themselves). Could be perioral dermatitus... I got it really bad in the first trimester and it came and up until Jake was about 3 months old.

I would not use anything scented on it, perhaps stick to aqueous cream and if its persitant see a GP (or better still dermatologist) and they can give you some antibiotics to get rid of it. Hi there, I am not sure if this is the correct place to start this thread but will try here. I am breastfeeding my 4 week old bub and have developed a nasty rash on my chin. I'm gathering its hormonal, it is quite dry and itchy and looks like I have shavers rash! I have tried different moisterisers and rose hip oil all which don't seem to help much.
