We took Abby to a chiropractor at 1-2 weeks old as she was also favouring one side. She went about 3 times and it must have worked as she is fine now. I ditto Helen above - I had this problem.  Brooke didn't like the left side for some reason.  So in the end I made sure I always started on this side, ie she got hungry otherwise.  Worked like a charm, and I think it helped Brooke because the feed always went in the same order - left then right.

Amelia doesn't like to feed off the right side so I always offer this side first when I know she is hungry - like first thing in the morning. Can you change the hold you are using? Sometimes Ben doesn't like feeding off my left side so I change to a football hold and that works.
