I'm still getting it on its feet coz I almost killed it haha but should be good to go in a week. It needs daily feeding of flour and water and you build it up til you have a jar full then just take it as you need it

I'd love your mutligrain recipe?? I've borrowed a breadmaker while I'm preg to do the kneading for stuff. Ooh yes please. I have finally found a good multi grain bread recipe as well, but you make up this big mix so its ready to go and just use what you need. It only works in a breadmaker I think cos my MIL doesn't have a breadmaker and it doesn't work for her, but works good in my crappy old breadmaker lol.

Yep thats the one Kelly I'm looking for a mushroom. They self-multiply y'see. It makes a healthy, apparently delicious drink so I'm curious to find someone who can give me their opinion on it.

Sorry chicky....don't even know what it is!!! But I have a bread maker book that has all sorts of starter recipes in it I will go look for you.

eta: nothing called that sorry, i've nener used anything like that so don't know if those recipes are good.

What do you make out of it? How do you find the flavour??
