Mon I assume you have it sorted but on the back of my bottle for 120/5 it reads:

0-5kg up to 3ml
6.5Kg           4ml
8kg               5ml
11kg             6.5ml
13kg             8ml
16kg             10ml

Jake was having 4-5mls at 6 months of 120/5 and at 2yo/14kgs he has 8ml.

Just checked our bottle, Angus is 9.5kgs and has 6mls of the 120/5.... before that he was on 5mls for ages... so i would go for 4 - 5mls... Sarah, she probably went off his last weigh in at the start of the month of 7.5kg. Where did get your chart from, that would be handy

For the 120mg / 5 ml pamol - the dosage I have for that weight is between 5 - 5.5 ml. 

My chart Kel says you can give 4.5 ml for Cooper at his weight - so yeah pretty close.
