I was trying to sleep on my left side cos i too thought u were not meant to sleep on your right side, which was mostly ok, but now I am getting bigger I am much more comfortable on my right side, and I manage to get a pretty decent nights sleep that way. As you get heavier its really hard to be on your back for long becuase you cant breathe and also Addy starts kicking if Im on my back to long. I sleep from side to side, its not comfy and often hurts to roll over but as Roskana said its just one of the joys of pregnancy. I think its from about 17 weeks they say not to sleep on your back.]]>

I could not sleep on my back, as it was way to uncomfy!<br /><br />I always slept from side to side. Have you tried pillows under your tummy and at the back? Try putting a pillow between your legs and see how you go. <br /><br />Sorry hun, but its just one of those things with pregnancy...unfortunately it only gets worse.
