I go to the gym every day and also walk lots. I have still been running and notice now that i can only run for 10 mins as the pain is just too much. Been great reading these posts as I think it obv shows Im overdoing it. No more running for me. The X Trainer is good though, dont get the same pain on that.

Although in saying that I've walked the last three mornings and had no pains - I dunno!? My main concern is that I'm hurting the baby when I get these pains but I think that's just me - oh dear, the worrying has started already!!

Also have started to get BHs so that's adding to the fun!!

I have been walking 2-4 times a week for 30 mins and started getting it after about 20 mins walking. I slowed down a wee bit or stopped for a minute and it eased up.

I think the belt/support thing sounds like a good idea - or perhaps have a wee rest during your walk?

Could I be overdoing it and should I cut it back a bit?
