I would still try and get a referral - there is quite often a waiting list for specialists which can be 6 months or more, so you will still have that time to try Vitex - if it works, then wicked! Oxy have you had a referral to a specialist yet? I know it's been over 12 months for you, so there may well be something that they can do to help.
