I took my girl from 7 months - 1 year. Jack was older whn I took him, maybe 6mths?? It didn't help with his sleep problems but then that could have just been the nature of our situation. I know that people take newborns to an osteopath, especially after a difficult labour. But has anyone taken older babies to an osteopath?
Mika has been having a lot of seperation anxiety since I returned to work parttime when she was 6 months old. This has seriously affected her sleeping at night.
My osteopath suggested bringing her in for a session.
