My one doesnt make any noise....its not a BBT one but it works perfectly for charting....is a Safety 1st one..came as part of a first aid kit for children...I think from Babycity. Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone knows where to get a quiet (preferably silent) thermometer for use during charting.

I am wanting to get myself organised to start charting next year but the thermometer we have makes loads of beeps i.e. one beep when you turn it on and then three beeps when the reading is ready. I know you have to take your BBT as soon as you wake up and I always wake up well before DH and it's gonna drive him nuts if I wake him up each morning I've tried burying my head under the pillow but it' still pretty loud...
