Yep, I couldn't stand the smell of our fridge my whole pregnancy and was forever cleaning it.

The racks in our fridge have a thing that slides along the front of them. (Can't explain it better sorry) But, once when there was a smell in our fridge it was milk that had spilt and dried in there. Vanilla essence also works, use a paper towel to wipe it around. Might have to be proper vanilla essence not the fake stuff - I dunno!

Normally the lemon trick works well tho, I would squeeze the juice into water and wipe around fridge then leave another half in the fridge overnight as well to aborb any extra smells.

Also...is it a fridge freezer? Wonder if BOTH lemon and baking soda will work well

Think we are getting a new fridge anyways, it seems to be playing up turning on off... Which I thought may have caused it but we've aired it out and all!!! Cut a lemon in half and stick it in the fridge for a day, it will absorb the smells.

I've been through it like 4 times and wiped it all out with cold water, with hot and with cold again, thrown out some stuff that *may* have been iffy (DF says it was fine and its just my strange nose!!)

But it still smells!! Even DF says it smells!!!!

All it has in it now is some fresh fruit/vege, a couple of mayonaise/tom sauce etc/ some yoghurts and marg/cheese/butter (all new)
