They are DEFINITELY helping.

I had some advice not to wear them all of the time as your body may adjust to having them on. Advice was from physio who I've had some acupuncture for, specificially for my ms. oh i know what you mean! Yep loved the sea bands here. I had marks for a long while after I took them off. most of you probably know this- but I thought I would share my god send- sea bands for motion sickness are keeping me sane!
I am 7.5wks and have expereinced nausea since week 4. I the last couple of weeks it has turned into a car sickess feeling.. all day and in waves. I read that sea bands for motion sickness help with morning sickness so I bought some and they changed my life! You have to find the right spot.. i.e in between tendons in your wrist and about 2 .5 fingers down from wrist fold. Once you find the spot it's magic!!
