I've always understood it's mainly to do with spending too long in a spa/pool/bath and just not letting yourself over heat.  And that spa was no hotter than I have a bath. ]]>

I thought it would be fine as long as I listened to my body, and every now and again when I felt too hot I just stood up for a while, and everything seems fine with me...?!]]>

I do also know that they drain and waterblast the pools every night and then refill so not sure if that makes a difference...]]>

Butthought that we're not supposed to go in thermal spas due to the increased bacteria risk, only chlorinated spas?]]>

They do not advise you use the hotter pools at all though. <br /><br />I have been in that pool before and it is acutally pretty cool from what I recall.  Just wanted some other opinions if you think it will be fine (before I merrily waddle on into it). <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Paws</span>]]>
