The bottled lemon, lime and bitters is fine cause I'm pretty sure the 'bitters' isn't actual bitters. Just something else that gives the same taste.
I personally wouldn't have lemon, lime and bitters that is made fresh at a bar as bitters is very alcoholic. It does depend how it is made. Some bars do it completely wrong and pour some bittes in the glass then add the lemon and lime. This is not the correct way to do it. It is meant to be aromatic only. Therefore it should be put in the glass whilst full of ice, swirled around then tipped straight out. Add new ice, then lemonade and lime. So you only end up getting the smallest amount of bitters in the glass.
I personally would still stay away from any alcohol tho. Even the tiniest amount. It's only 9 months of my life. I don't even want to have anything that resembles alocohol, I just don't feel the need to. I had some Fre recently and it tasted nothing like wine, in my opinion, so I viewed it as a complete waste of money. I stick with sparkling grape juices and will look forward to a proper glass of a really good wine sometime in the post-breastfeeding future! (and I know lots of people drink wine while BFing but I'm choosing not to).

I wouldn't worry about it. Because you use so very little of the bitters, it's classed as a non alcoholic beverage. Ok now I am freaking out!! I've drunk quite a few Bundaberg bottles (the small ones not the 1L ones) of the stuff!

I was told lemon, lime and bitters wasn't alcoholic!! Yes. bitters is 44.7% alcohol. I can't comment on how safe it is but my guess would be that it's fine as you only use a splash. Fre and similar alcohol removed wines have less than 0.5% alcohol. This is a similar level to that which occurs naturally in fruit juices. So yes, it is safe to drink during pregnancy.

I have tried Fre, however I prefer Edenvale and always take a bottle to BBQs, dinner parties etc.

Yes there is alcohol free wine but I have to say that I found there was something not quite the same about it taste wise. I had the same reaction to sparkling grape juice as well and I ended up just having soft drinks.
