My mw referred me to the hospital physios and they gave me a support belt - all free. thanks guys. I am definately giving this a good look at. I am starting to get really heavy. From the back or dead on front you can't see I am pregnant but from the side veiw it is really really big. It's not spreading to the sides even a little. Auck Hospital recommend the Smiley Belt, I got given one & it saved my sanity as I could walk when I had it on. Have had a look on Trade me for the ones I like the look of (the ones that go under the belly and up over the shoulders) but the cheapest is $120!!
I'm sure I've seen these elsewhere (in shops) and probably cost way less....has anyone seen them recently and if so where?
