I get that when i squat down now. At 33 weeks it's likely to do that then pop out again so just do what you did ie on hands and knees.

When you're due you'll be wanting that feeling and trying everything to get that pressure on your cervix to get the damned thing out!

I was pottering about the house making some dinner, clearing out some stuff...nothing major when I started feeling pressure down there...and when I bent over it was just about painful. It was the strangest pressure feeling almost like he was falling out. I stopped what I was doing and watched some tv on all fours and it seemed to ease after that.

Has anyone else felt this before? I'm about 33 weeks now.
