It is not a magical cure but I'm finding it very helpful in those moments when I am this close to losing it in a fit of hormones. It works quite quickly and is safe for baby.
I credit it as the reason MIL and I are still on speaking terms!
Hope your day gets better Frantic!

My hormones have been going up and down like a yoyo myself and like you say it is very hard to control and especially at work. Some days you just don't feel that happy and I get sick of people saying things like "what's wrong with you today?" expecting you to always be your chirpy self when you don't feel like being "happy" all the time because you feel emotional and some days feel like strangling people. I had a moment on Saturday and was lucky that my sister was there to help me out and of course hubby.

Keep your chin up - not too long for you now but I do totally understand where you are coming from

    Author: mrs frantic
Subject: 3091
Posted: 10 July 2006 at 9:33am

I have noticed that I am gettign mroe and more hormonal (fine - to be expected) but I am findign it hard to keep it together at work - thingds that would usually irritate me are now full blown reasons for tears to well up in my eyes and wantign to storm out. I know its hormones, and I know it will pass, but I have a lot of people to deal with and plus I have a team to manage and am expected to keep cool when things are going wrong, thats my job, but I am finding it really hard. Also I am takin thigns so personally its aweful, normally I just shrug this stuff off but I am really takign it to heart and days later these small things are still bugging me. I feel like I am on an emotional roller coaster, it's aweful. At home its a bit different, DH understands that I am hormonal and will forgive me, but at work it is so hard... sorry ot sure if there is an answer to this, just wanted to rant. I JUST WANT TO GET BACK TO NORMAL!!!! I AM TIRED OF FEELING LIKE THIS!!!
