She is up at 7.30ish and to bed at 8ish. At them moment she still needs a morning nap every third or fourth day and has afternoon sleep at about 12.30, sometimes earlier!
It can be tricky for daycares because a)they have more than just your child to care for and often your child is going to sleep with other children in the room. there are deff tricks of the trade (i've done some time in a DC) but its quite a different enviroment to their own bed, in their own room and no distraction around!

Edited by nannyabbey

She was having a nap at about 9am for about an hour and then back down at about 1pm. We moved the lunch sleep forward a wee bit until she adjusted.

Now she is up at about 7am then a sleep from 1pm til about 3.30ish and then bed by 7/7.15pm. With only 1 day sleep you may need to move bedtime a bit earlier than 8.30pm though.
