It made me feel really tired all the time but better than vomiting constantly.

Suck a lolly when starting to feel hungry/sick so that you have time to get something to eat before throwing up. The bit of sugar in your tummy helps settle things a little.

I also lived on iceblocks and sports drinks, to actually keep some fluid down, water didn't stand a chance.

Eat starchy foods like potatoes and pasta. They tend to stay down a little better. I just about lived on hot chips in my first trimesters Don't feel guilty about eating "bad" junky food if you are having trouble keeping food down and your appetite is crap... any food is good at that stage. I always felt guilty because everyone was telling me I should be eating heaps of fruit and veges... ideally, yes, but they wouldn't stay down!

That coincided with some improvement (on top of the metacloprimide, cyclizine and ondansetron...and reaching 13 weeks...so bit hard to say which combination of things actually marked the improvement)

Take care, and keep up the small sips of water where you can....sickness is worse when you are dehydrated...

I went back to the doc and they prescribed me stemtil (suppositories) which I had to take in conjuction with the maxalon- they did help a bit (although the stemtil made me very sleepy). If these don't work then some doc's (on advice of a specialist) will prescribe you Zofran (which is quite heavy duty and but seems to do the trick).

I personally found that sea sickness bands, ginger etc only helped in mild MS and did absolutely nothing for me.

I really hope you only get it for the first 12 weeks, as it sux having it through out your whole pregnancy (so far I had about 1 month when I wasn't on the drugs and then once I hit 28 weeks it came back again- but this time as true morning sickess, not all day sickness).
