I've had a fewwhite spots on my arms for years - we call it white spot, not sure if its the proper name or not. They were worse when I lived in the islands. From what I can remeber is a fungal thing, but not al all harmful. The best thing for it was selsun shampoo. But as it's not a problem, I haven't bothered. However, check it out at the chemists or something just to be sure. HTH

i think i know what you are talking about, are they sorta small (only a couple mm's) patchy areas.

i have had them for pretty much as long as i remember on and off. sometimes they are there sometimes not. mostly on my hands.

not sure if it is blood flow or not but i know i have pretty low blood pressure and i think i may have a few circulation issues too cos i get pins and needles really quick.
