I found it hard to read her a book because she had to hold it and I could never read it all as she would move it around or get distracted.

Isla unclips my feeding bra, puts my milk collector cup in, lol, and loves to watch me use the breat pump. She also likes to piull her top up and try to sqeeze her boob for Aiden when he on her lap, is very funny!

She is getting better now, but learnt very quickly that mum cant get up when she feeding baby and got really naughty. I tried having her next to me eating a snack and reading a book but was too hard- she wanted to touch baby constantly and wanted me to hold the book etc which is hard when u trying to get the hang of feedin g the new baby. Sleep deprivation doesnt help either cos my patience is short! What is working now is talking to her while she watches tv, lol. Not the best advise, lol, but when she watching hi5 of kidzone I talk to her about whats going on etc, and she seems to be good with that.
She always wants to hold abby as soon as he wakes, when is when he wants feeding, so I let her hold him straight after his feed. Its taken a lot of neing consistant and not getting lax with the rules. Ive had to tell her off heaps more cos she pushing the boundries, but its all settling down now.
My kids wanted to help, i remember gabriel wanting to help me get the milk going for eden - i used to hand express to get it going. sometimes they were more than happy to just sit and be in the same room and watch.
