I was going to use my name, Rosalea, but I live in a small town & with an unusual name it'd be pretty obvious to anyone just glancing at anything I posted if they already knew me, & I wanted a bit more anonymity- soo I had morning sickness at the time & about the only thing that'd stop me from vomiting while changing Nappies, doing groceries, cooking tea etc was sucking on a tictac, so I became a bit of an addict. I used to be 3rd tym lucky when I fell pregnant in 08, the same time I found this site, we had 2 emergency c -sections and I was really gunning for a natural birth. But we lost bubs at 12 weeks

then 3 months later we got pregnant and I changed my name to 4th tym lucky and it worked!! We planned a homebirth and were blessed with a boy:) after 2 girls. Well my username I pretty much use for anything that requires a username online. For 1, it's almost guaranteed that no-one else will be using it, as it's quite unique I thought.

It's a fashion label and also a perfume 'escada'.

I first used it on nzdating. Which coincidently is where I met DP, my youngest child's Dad.

It used to be my name, but I felt too exposed, so changed it, seeing as I'm now Squishy's mum.

One of my nicknames growing up was Jaffa - to do with my maiden name and everyone in my family gets called Jaffa. Then we moved to Auckland so I added JAFA to it. I am seriously unoriginal and with a name like Lisa, all variations of it are always taken. I tried LisaJo (Joanne being my middle name) but that was taken so had to add the nz in front. Sorry, kinda boring! Some great stories here tho!

Well mine was a made up name for a character on World of Warcraft (I was so addicted at one point and I still miss it a bit) anyway I always liked the spelling/sound of Kali (which is an african god of death) and mirella is a twist on mirror. So for World of Warcraft I was a mirror of death lolsa. Its stuck and I get called Kali a lot online now.

Daizy is not my real name

I have been using it for so long I really had to think where it came from. My email address is based on "whoops a daizy", way back from the days I watched Notting Hill over and over and over again. (Hugh Grant said it falling from a fence and it was sooo cute)

I guess it could refer to many other things, a flower, a cow (especially after feeding for so many years)...

It has really stuck quite well and sometimes I wonder if I should just change my name

We had a kitty who ended up being being branded with the nickname fatty cat because she was a fatty cat and when I was signing on thats the only thing that came to me (the k for cat was just thrown in there for who knows what reason)

I came up with my username when my oldest was a few months old and had to start up my own email account... I also had 2 cats (but spelling with a K made it look nicer lol), and I needed the email account to sign up to a parenting forum over in Oz... and being the patriotic kiwi that I am, had to put nz on the end so the aussies wouldnt mistake me for one of them haha...

And much like kebakat, noone else has ever used that name, so its pretty unique, and never taken when I sign up somewhere new

My first teddy bear I ever got given by my best friend was named keba.. then another friend started calling me a cat cause I had long nails and I scratched him once like a cat. My first ever car (and second ever car) was a Mini, and I loved it, and when I set up my Hotmail account all those years ago, it was what I was driving, and people knew me by my car...and so I became minik8e (although people tend to call me Kate, not Katie, but it rolled off the tongue better!!). It helps that I am short and petite (well, I was at the time, not so much now!!).
