Turns out it was the least of my problems while preggers as I ended up on steroids for a chest infection anyway.  I would make sure you talk to a Dr before taking anything though, as its not something to take any chances with.]]>

It was fine she said. I take New Era combination salts for hayfever(you get them from a health food shop) and I find them quite good. I get quite bad hayfever sometimes.]]>

Not sure where you can get them here though? I was given phenergan to help me sleep when I was pregnant, as well as for horrible hayfever. ]]>
