I wrap it around my waist, over my shoulder and tuck it through, then I spend a minute or so pulling it tighter around my waist and over my shoulders while adjusting my clothing underneath so it doesn't ride up.
I get it right 90% of the time.

Maybe suck in your tummy ad pull it tight, then when you relax your tummy it'll take up any extra slack? Not that I'm saying your fat. Just thought if you made it tight based on a sucked in tummy, then when you relax it, the wrap would be really tight.

When I put mine on, I put it around the tummy quite firm and over the shoulders and then tuck it under and then pull down quite firm so its nice and tight. Then I wrap around and tie off.. .gosh I hope that makes sense.

Normally if the front bit is loose once I pull it over Jake then I take it off and do it again, sometimes its because it wasnt tight enough when it criss crossed over my back so when bubs does in he pulls it down and its baggy...

Aggh, its hard to explain.. HTH

I cant seem to get the front facing right, but your not quite there yet LOL
