Hi, I gave birth at Waikato and they've booked me in for a check up with the physiotherapist tomorrow. My questions is has anyone had the check up and is it just asking how you are now??

Kind of need to know what to expect as DD has been really unsettled the last few days and not sleeping during the day and MIL is supposed to be looking after her while I go to the appointment. Is it really worth going if I don't have any problems?
I would take her with me, but she's been hating the pram and screams as soon as I put her in there    she's only been catnapping, so she's obviously just overtired. Don't really want to leave a screaming baby with MIL if it's just an appointment where they ask you if you're ok and that's it!

edited to say, yes, this is a 6 week check up, almost 3 months later!
