My bubba has been quite lazy lately but it scares me when she doesn't wriggle for a few hours but as soon as I gulp down a big glass of water she starts dancing away in there. My MW also suggested eating a big bowl of Ice Cream <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">  I thought that was a great suggestion! At least I can use that as my excuse for eating so much of it lately....... lol ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22977">MyLilSquishy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 31664<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15 February 2010 at 2:59pm<br /><br />ive heard lots of people say about the cold water.... but i drink all my drinks with ice and straight out of the fridge and it does nothing for him lol. so dont be too worried if that doesnt work (although it does for about 95% of people) <br /><br />if i want bubs to move i actually lie on my back..... he really doesnt like that and it always makes him go a littls nuts to get me standing or on my side.... maybe he thinks my spine is uncomfortable lol. just make sure that if you start to get dizzy or loose feeling in your legs to lie on your side for a few mins before standing up or anything coz lying on your back can result in bubs cutting off some blood flow or something. <br /><br />also putting something on your tummy? if i rest my computer on my tummy while im typing (laptop) he kicks that too.......... so hope one of the ideas in this thread helps!]]>

If you haven't already. <br /><br />But I would also let the mw know, sometimes they have 'quiet' days, but better to be safe than sorry, my mw always tells me to let her know if I haven't had 10 movements by 4pm each day. ]]>

I have an appointment with here tomorrow at 5.30pm ]]>
