Dinner is a bit hit n miss, a lot of it goes un-eaten, but he picks at it. He is very quick to tell us if he is hungry, but he always asks for musli bars, cookies etc, but he never gets them. If he is really pestering then we generally make him a marmite sandwich.

I think its just a phase - at least I hope it is!

Ice blocks is all I can get Lauren to eat and she has lost 700gms over the past few weeks due to not eating much.

I am just rolling with it for now, I figure she will eat if she is hungry at some stage. I am wondering if the heat and humidity in Aucks is affecting her, as its getting to me.

She does pick at things, so I am just keeping and eye on her.

TOday I have tried custard and fruit....nope! Smoothies work but then we have arguments about where they are going to be drunk (read spilt) and I'm over that.

I'd not be too bothered about the breakfast if he didnt come home from daycare with most of his lunch intact. They used to phone me to bring more in!!!!! yesterday I noticed he hadnt touched his cake, raisins, cheese, fruit and half his sandwiches. They are now providing morning and afternoon tea so I must ring them and find out how much he has eaten of that.

He also doesnt eat much at dinner....but given the chance (ie when our back is turned) he will help himself to crackers and chippies.....but even on days when he doesnt get in the cupboard he wont eat.

Fruit seems to be about all I can get into him...or pasta.

I'm guessing this is normal?
