Willie has a Hampsta card, and it was great - he mostly used his at Mad Butcher for meat etc. and Postie Plus and Toyworld for stuff for the kids. Bonus bonds is a really good way, I hear they charge an extra fee on Hampsta. With Bonus Bonds you can set up a direct debit I'm pretty sure and it takes at least 3 days to get them after you apply to get them out so no impulse buying! I find them great for these reasons plus you go into the draw to win more money each month! i haven't had one of these but have you looked at the debit card things you get at the post shop? i can't remember what it is called but you can use it anywhere.
