She loves it on toast and is a good source of iron.  You can also freeze them and grate them raw over cooked veges and/or pasta - it cooks from the heat - she feeds herself these.  Probably has it twice a week.<br /><br />]]>

With chops, steak etc, I grilled or lightly fried them then frozze them whole then grated frozen meat into the veges before I reheated them.</P><P>HTH</P>]]>

Brocolli, pumpkin, carrots, spinach etc<br /><br />Should i just start adding it to my cooked veg puree ?? <br /><br />Suggestions on how best to cook it first ?? <br /><br />Do i just grill off a port chop like i would for us and and add it to the wizzer with some veg ??<br /><br />All this solids business can be very confusing.. i want to get it right and instill good eating habits..<br /><br />thanks in advance]]>
