Yes you can boil up plastic bottles & teats in a pot. I did this when we were travelling overseas and I didn't want to take my steriliser. I just put them all in a big pot and boiled them for 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure you can as it would be no different to the heat in the steriliser. Hi,

I'd probably boil up the water and put into a clean tupperware container and put the bottles into this. Do you have any Milton tablets? Help!! We've had an accident with our steraliser and it's ruined.. we need to steralise our tommee tippee bottles, teats etc. asap

I know you can boil for 5 mins to become steralised but can you boil these plastic bottles?? Sounds like a stupid question but I don't want them to melt.. if I wreck these too then we're really stuffed!

I'll go and buy another steraliser tomorrow but for now we just need to get these done.
