I think you need to get to the doctors and ask for blood tests asap... your levels could be a tad low...

i often get UTI infections and dont know about them till they go up to my kidneys. no pain or symptoms until its too late, so to speak.

im unsure on pelvic infections,

my main guess would be pop into the GP tomorrow, they should know whats up and if not will do some tests.

if your still surviving apart from the migrane then you should be fine until the morning.
but if it gets real bad, call an ambulance and get them to take you into A and E, they will take the kids too and some nurses generally keep them amused.
just tell them you have 2 young kids when you ring up.

Iv had the IUD for about 7 months now.
I dont think im pregnant.

For the past week or so iv had a headache that has progressively turned into a migrain....its random though so comes and goes at different times...
Then i lost my appetite and struggle to get food down...
Iv lost weight (enough to have to tighten my pants twice!)...
i feel nausous on and off...
and now as of tonight im getting scary dizzy spells where i think im going to pass out!!!...

I had AF for something like 4 weeks!! (light)..im assuming as a result of my IUD.

I have NO cramps anywhere, NO excessive peeing and NO excessive thirst....

I originally thought it was a stress/anxiety thing but today i have no reason to feel like that yet i now have an extra symptom!!??
