I started it last week and 2 days later Kiara had a day of non-stop feeding/grizzling and I was paranoid about my milk supply but it went back to normal again the next day. Not sure if it was coincidence or just some adjustment to the pill.

I waited too long but eventually went to the doctor and got a script for domperidone. Managed to keep Ryan fully BF the entire time but god was it a struggle! Am on 60mg of domperidone per day and supply is back up and Ryan feeding well. A month's supply cost about $17 at my dosage.

Just saying - if you are still suffering after a little while, might be worth considering.

FYI - It gave me stomach cramps for 2 days but that went away completely so was truly just a short side effect.

LOL You won't have been taking Noriday for long enough for it to build up in your system AND milk doesn't just disappear overnight, contrary to what some people will tell you. Noriday has had some reports of interfering with milk supply if started before 8-12 weeks but not anything if started later as far as I know.

Just FYI....with DS2 his 12 week one merged with his 16 week one so this one could go on slightly longer than a previous growth spurts.

Just go with it and things should be fine because this is a 'biggish' spurt and it will mean that you start to produce enough milk to respond to his emerging needs.

I don't know if there is a way to tell if it is a growth spurt or a problem with supply although a growth spurt is intended to increase your supply if that makes sense?? I probably wouldn't worry unless the increased feeding lasts more than the usual few days growth spurt.

Is a side effect of Noriday an interference in supply?
