the $2 type shops often have A4 and 210x210 (ish) canvases cheap as chips... all my paintings seem to last fine without a spray but when I'm selling the pics I always spray them to protect them more... I got my paints and canvas from warehouse stationary, I just got acrylic paints. I got a pack of canvases from the warehouse at christmas time so I just use those with some kids poster paint. Once it's dried I spray it all over with clear spray paint. So i've decided to get a canvas and let Leah go wild with paint on to a canvas, for DH's birthday just wondering

where the cheatest place to get a plain canvas from?

What paints are best to use?

Do you need to seal it with a top coat?

Any advice would be very greatfull.
