i go to the one on richmond street, dinsdale is closer but didnt really like the nurse so moved to that one. We just had our 15mnth check and she said we would get enrolled at our 2year check. Not sure if thats standard or because hes only got a few teeth.

Plunket should've given you an enrolment form at his 15 month/2 year check.
That gets given to the nearest dental clinic (usually a school one) and they then call you for an appointment.
Perhaps you could give the local schools a call to find out if they have a clinic on site and get enrolled
