I was one who didnt get it back till I stopped BF but I know a couple of people who got it back within the first couple of months after birth and they were bf too]]>

Plus the bleeding isn't all that heavy after the first couple of days so it's not much of an issue anyway. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br /><br />I'm wondering how long it all takes to go back to normal again too... I wasn't do sure how long it takes for things to tighten up back to normal.<br /><br />Gosh I had no idea that BFing could delay your period starting. I didn't get my period for 8 months after I gave birth anyway (due to bf-ing) and by then everything was back to normal.<br /><br />I'd guess though, as soon as you can wear a tampon (ask your MW) you can try your mooncup. Just make sure it's been sterilised.<br /><br />Edit: Oh, do you mean post-post birth? Like to contain your lochia? Nah, wouldn't go there, not supposed to put anything up there for a good six weeks I think it is. I was hoping to use it post-birth, but I'll probably wear a pad as well, just to be safe.<br /><br />Just wondered if anyone has any experience using a cup post pregnancy?]]>
