Though I kept trying to tell myself it was my first gain ever at WW (in 17 weeks then).<br /><br />But I lost 1.1kg this week so pretty much back on track. So my loss is now 11kgs, having to buy new clothes as others are always falling down.  Lucky it was my bday a couple of weeks ago and got some $$ for it so i could buy some new jeans. so over bending over and exposing my plumber crack to everyone.  And we do a lot of bending as parents!!!! <br /><br />Hope everyone else hanging in there over the horrible cold comfort food winter months!!]]>

Still got a sore throat too. <br />hope my scales keep going down with not as much effort...lol]]>

He was away for the weekend though and my friend was over helping me - neither of us knew how to start a mower so we had to ask my neighbour - another chick to do it... hehe. <br /><br />Think I might get my tracker out today and track again.. it so helps...<br /><br />Do any of you get a 'feeling' when you know you're losing weight? I do.... when I got to bed with a bit of hunger in my tummy I feel like my body is burning fat and I love feeling my tummy when I wake up and it's a little bit flatter... ]]>

I've been shocking at drinking water at the mo as well, it's so easy when it's a hot day, not so much when it's freezing out!  <br /><br />Do you like fizzy water, chickielou? I have a soda stream, have never owned any of the syrups, just use it for the million litres of fizzy water I go through!]]>

Was a good workout combined with emptying the clippings a million times and pulling out all of the weeds at the fence lines :)]]>

I have this thing where i just dont want to be in the 70s<br /><br />Unfortunately where i am right now is where ive always got stuck. its right where i was when i got preg, pretty much. I had just started uping the exercise when i got pregnant. <br /><br />Gonna make sat mornings my walk by myself day. leave kids at home with hub and go for  a walk, i wouldnt normally do anything on a sat but think its a good idea for some time out]]>

I have been walking & was planning on today as well but it is pouring down so will go do some cleaning...I have been scrubbing down the place & only have the kitchen upstairs to finish which I will today so DH will get a great surprise when he gets home tonight a nice sparkly home lol. I need to give the pram a good clean because it has blimmin cat hair all over the seats but I think the kids and I will enjoy getting back out walking.<br /><br />Training is good though - my legs are still sore today from training on Saturday and we have another session tonight!]]>

For the first time in about a week <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0">  I stuck to points today, plus 3 hours of snowboarding this morning for some exercise so hopefully the gradual gain will see itself starting to reverse by tomorrow morning.  I don't know what happened to me this week, I'm usually not so affected by work stress and tiredness but that's all I can put it down to!  <br /><br />I'd like a medal though , I just sat next to DH eating a packet of crackers with cream cheese and camembert.  That's torture, that is!  I used my 0.5 points for 2 cruskits with marmite instead. DH is a builder by trade and even though he's not on the tools so much anymore he's still very active during the day so needs heaps more food than me.  I give him the same lunch as me, then add in about 4 pieces of toast bread.  He snacks like crazy when he gets home - often on cereal or bread.  I also sometimes get him things like instant noodles which I despise but he enjoys.  Thankfully he's not usually too much of a sweet tooth so I can keep that stuff out of the house.  So basically I just feed him up on carbs. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> <br />Likewise we have basically the same dinner but whereas I'll have 1-2 points of potatoes depending on exercise levels etc he'll have 3-4 and more veges plus a bigger serve of meat.<br /><br />My willpower, as I've said before, only extends to what isn't in front of me!  <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> ]]>

They do have an online weighin forum though, maybe i should look into that.<br /><br />Going okay here, although exercise is down a little as i have bruised ribs from kickboxing which makes things a little sore. <br /><br />I have also just found a packet of open chocolate finger biscuits in the cupboard and some dairy milk.....  i must resist!!!]]>
