It's such a staple book and all the recipes are sort of geared up to be appealing to meat eaters who freak out having to cook for veges and also veges who are trying to cook vege meals that are appealing to meat eaters

You could do a vege mix with mushrooms, capsicum well anything really and hubby can put in diced chicken or beef. I make up my own sauce from sweet chilli and tereaki sauce but you could have satay or whatever and they are soooo easy. we also add lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream

I eat no meat what so ever but will eat things like cheese and eggs.

DH however loves his meat.

We are in need of more ideas for yummy meals that we can both enjoy. DH usually cooks his own meat and adds it into the meals but we have run out of new stuff to try.

He loves all sorts of foods like thai, chinese, japanese, mexican, you name it he will eat it. However my mum had no idea how to deal with a vegetarian kid on a farm! so all I got fed as a kid was bread, potato and junk food (and that is no exageration) so my taste buds have a little catching up to do with DH. Although I eat a ton more than I use to.

Any ideas on new things we could try would be sooo great. We are getting bored with the same old food. It would be amazing too if they were low in fat as well. As one would imagine, growing up eating the diet that I did I have a couple of kg's to shift
