I love my steelcraft strider4! Ill upgrade to the new plus model with toddler seat when two comes along.

Found that the capsule i wont can clip on with a bit of kiwi ingenuity too so it also doubles as my snap n go wheels!! LOVE IT

We have an urban Mountain Buggy and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!  So light for pushing around the hills here! We had a Valco (which I'm selling if you're keen lol), which is also an awesome buggy and great for flat areas but too bulky for me to push around hills. We've now bought an urban elite double Mountain buggy off TM seeing as we're pg with #2 and so will get a bassinette attachment for that.

im not due till aug but have decided on phil and ted dash have babysat and used both the mbuggy elite, the pandt sport and also the pandt dash.and also the bugaboo.
i had always had my heart set on the mbuggy as i like the bassinet thingy but after trying them all out in and out of car etc dash won me over.

I LOVED my mountain buggy!! very light and SO easy to push and swivel. We got a phil and ted when number two was on the way and I hated it with a passion, the break was a *%$@#!!!.

So i vote Mountain Buggy

Have pushed a friend's P&T's and found it terrible to steer, a real PITA.

I have used both, own a mountain buggy and will be buying the double mountain buggy in a few months. It is so easy to stear, light and folds down really flat in the car. All wheels are quick release. I think it depends how much you will use it and how many kids your gonna have and how far apart.

My bertini was a fab pram that was a light 3 wheeler and simple as to close and open. It doesn't have the option of a toddler seat. So if thats not an issue thats what I'd personally go for over the mountain buggy. Have a look through the product review threads re prams and also have a think about what you will be using you pram for.

We have just bought a P&T Vibe which I love, we needed an inline pram that has the extra seat so I can get around on public transport and in the shops easily.
Downsides - the baby can't face you (unless you use the Peanut but then you can't have two kids in the pram) and it's still quite bulky compared to an umbrella type stroller.

We also have a Peg Perego Switch (4 wheeler, umbrella fold) which can forward/rear face and the seat comes off and you can put a capsule on the wheels too. That was invaluable for us for the first year because it meant I could get my son out and about really easily in taxis.
Downsides - 4 wheels not as easy to steer on crappy footpaths and the wheel base is JUST slightly too wide to go through our front gate unless I have both gates open

I love both Mountain Buggy and P&T. We have a P&T Sport but would have bought a MB Swift if there was a toddler seat attachment with it. Sadly there isnt so we went with a P&T.

My sister had a Mountain Buggy and I've bought it off her for my baby seeing as she's done.
I've always enjoyed using hers and found it really easy to use...especially being totally clueless when it comes to prams!
I think they're reasonably expensive but there are loads of accessories for them, including travel systems so you can put your capsule straight in and a portacot option...I think you can even get one of those little platforms for toddlers to stand on if you have more children.
They fold down easily, have good suspension and seem really solidly made.

With the ticker thing...I think that maybe the code is incorrect? Can't really help with ticker but Mountain Buggy all the way for me. Don't find it heavy at all, quite the opposite. It is a breeze to push and steer accurately with one hand.

You'll generally find that people are either Mountain Buggy gals or Phil n Teds gals. Does anyone have any pram recommendations? There are so many to choose from. I quite like the Mountain Buggy, but have heard that it is quite heavy.
