I would try hot water first before anything else (like boiling water from the jug).

Thats what he said just a little bit. He does a lot of chem and physics at uni. But please make sure it wont wreck the carpet first.

Mentioned this to dh (was waiting for him to get home) after a very long explanation as to why which i can ask him to repeat if you would like to know but he said water wont do it but something like turps would, you need to do a patch test on the carpet though to make sure it doesnt remove the colour. sudocream on wool carpet! Help! We are renting this place and I am hoping someone has a magic recipie for getting sudocream out of the carpet after DS finger painting this morning.

I have tried scraping it off with a knife, and tried warm water and a sponge and its not working!!!
