Moving and losing your job are pretty much two of the most stressful things you can experience, do the best you can and its ok to ask for help. Nobody expects you to be supermum .

I lost the plot on Tuesday big time. I was in Waiouru and trying to clean with 2 children and I couldn't do it any longer. I rang DH in tears and saw a friend in tears. Took me 2 and 1/2 hours to drive back to Palmy and went and saw a dr once I got back. Told me I was def upset and put me back on the meds. Hopefully they do the job.

Now that I am back here I am hoping it will help me.
