i was having the same thing all throughout last night so not much sleeping was done by me
my lower belly went tight and i was getting period like cramps in my tummy and pelvis...braxton hicks??

Braxton Hicks aren't painful *snorts*....compared to acutal labour I'm sure they aren't but I have some that can really take your breath away! They seem to get more uncomfy later in the day...earlier in the day they start out just as tightness...

my first thought was braxton hicks too.... they aren't MEANT to be painful, but mine haven't exactly been comfortable!!! LOL  I'm sure it was a man who came up wit hthe 'not painful' part!

Does sound like braxton hicks...but maybe not, I feel like i've eaten too much too sometimes and wonder how on earth this baby is fitting in there! It kind of feels like I have eaten too much which I know I haven't and my tummy can't stretch any more?? Very strange.
