if you want to make them up and keep them insulated have a look at the insulated kids lunch boxes. some of them will fit 2 made up bottles in them.
and that will just go into which ever bag you use as a nappy bag.

I use the tommy tippee c2n bottle system and am on the hunt for a new nappy bag, or a bottle bag to go in a bag I already have. I know the bottles are quite wide so I was wondering if people had experience (good or bad) trying to get a bottle holder to fit them in? Would rather ask a stupid question now than look really stupid in a shop!
