Having said THAT, I'm also sure I only had about 3/4 AF's then got pg lol, all of my AF's since birth bar one have been pretty normal.

If I have not got it by 12 months I will stop BF as we would like to be trying for another one.
After I had my twins at 20 weeks I had almost constant bleeding for 5 months, was still all over the place when I got preg with Lachie. My specialist said everyone is really different and we all have really different levels of hormones so it is very hard to predict what you body will do!

I have a friend who got it back 4 weeks after giving birth with both kids even tho they were fully bf. Mine came back after 7 months- Isla had been on solids since 4 months, I was still bf but her feeds had reduced.

Dont forget that u ovulate before your first period so its possible to get preg before u get that first period. Yes its often very heavy too.
