I used a morning sickness remedy I got from the chemist, tablets that i think are basically full of ginger but they did the trick. Also Ive heard to wrist band things work.]]>

I make sure as soon as I get up I have a piece of toast. I usually put the piece of bread in the toaster on my way to the morning pee and its cooked when i'm finished. Eating little and often is good and it's what ever you feel like eating you eat. So if you want cereal at 8pm eat it.]]>

Today it is bad again though and I think that's due to feeling sooooooo tired today.  I slept really badly all weekend.  I think the tired thing doesn't help matters at all.]]>

But as yuck as it is and as yuck as it makes you feel you kind of get use to it.  Sounds funny but now it is just a morning ritual for me.  Kind of like having breakfast or brushing your teeth but i can't wait until it goes away. ]]>

As I say, not sure of the medical truth in that, but I had some problems with early bleeding and thought I was going to lose the pregnancy, but the fact that I felt lousy for a reason got me through those days<br />Claire]]>

Again like you, I don't think I had particularly bad M/S but I have nothing to compare it to, so it felt really bad, as I don't do being ill, and I couldn't just shake it and get on with things.  So it will get better, but it just takes time, I actually felt alot better when I was able to be sick and then all the awful feelings of nausea didn't last all day.  It was the tiredness that got to me, now when I am tired I know it is because I have been to the gym or had a busy day at work that has made me tired, rather than the effort of having a shower!!!!<br />Keep going everyone keeps telling me it's worth it in the end!!!
