hmm I might be completely wrong here but maybe it was what they call a withdrawl bleed after taking the ECP??? When you say ECP you mean the emergency contraceptive pill?

the 9th to the 23rd is only 2 weeks, so if you normally have 28 day cycles, that should be ovulation day? It is possible to bleed at ovulation. Although if it was then AF or a BFP should have shown up by now as it would be 4.5 weeks after that. What was AF like on the 9th?

Maybe your cycles are suddenly becoming irregular for some unknown reason? Stress or anything like that?

I'm normally a 26 day cycle, and my last one was 31 days! I took 2 HPT's while I was waiting, I was so sure I must have been preg! Hi Kay,

I'm not too sure if I can help much - but were you on the pill before January? When I came off the pill early last year it took nearly 9 months for my cycle to become regular (but then I had been on the pill for 10 years! )

HI everyone!! So i''m new here, as my partner and myself only recently decided to TTC!!! So im not so sure on the abbreviations your guys use lol. I''m sure i'll learn!!
So my story is we have a 3 year old daughter and we want a new baby brother or sister for her !! Exiting!!!!

My period is usually 28 day cycle and has been for years but here is what has been happening...
January Period - 18/1/10
February Period - 14/2/10
March Period - 9/3/10
Then i took the ECP (eek!) and my period came early on 23/3/10
So now its april and i haven't got my period yet. Its 4 days late
I took a HPT this morning and nothing. Am i testing too early?
