I havent had personal experience with Contours Albany, I go to Contours in Manukau.

I havent put DS in their but would feel OK about doing it. The creche is right next to the room they do classes and if there was a problem I know I am right there.

It is scary leaving your wee one - I was so nervous when I left DS for an hour when I went shopping and he was with his Nana (MIL). Can you go half an hour earlier and meet the person running the creche and hang out with T for a bit first to help you feel more comfortable? Also what time is your assessment - if it's closer to the middle of the day then there will most likely be hardly any kids in the creche so T will get more one on one attention.

I use the creche at Club Physical and it's brilliant, the lady who looks after the kids is lovely. I've just been pushed into making an appointment for a reassessment at my gym (don't have much time left on my membership, have been putting off going back), and have booked bubs into the creche there for time I'm in the gym.

Ever since I got off the phone I've been freaking out and am tempted to call back tomorrow and cancel. I just don't know if I can cope with leaving her with strangers....
