Corn thins with dip and tomato sounds good (see, it's the veges that swung it - I'm craving fresh veges).

Signature Range Pumpkin soup works for me, and I was looking through a recipe book yesterday with Pea and Ham soup and thought "nom nom nom" as my DS would say. You could put things in it like grated carrot, courgette. sliced cucumber, raw or roasted capsicum, spring onions e.t.c. Then use pesto or salad dressing as a dressing.

Or pasta salad made with roasted veges and pesto

Potato cakes made with instant potato. I just make it up with less water then it says on the packet, add a bit of flour to help it stick together, some herbs and very thinly sliced capsicum and onion. You could even add some ham or something.

Baked potatos. Bake the potato in the oven or microwave, let cool, scope out the flesh and mix it with what ever you want (I used thinly sliced veges and sour cream), put back in potato and bake till hot. Could even put cheese on top.

Those pita chips are great with dip.

You could even try vege sausages if you don't much like meat at the moment. The vege supreme ones are the best.

Most dips are ok as long as they are kept cold and you use them quite soon after opening. You could have carrot/celery sticks, or raw cauliflower, capsicum or whatever to go with and satisfy the healthy craving just make sure they are washed properly.
Using wholegrain bread for sammies instead of white will also keep you fuller longer, as will having a high fibre breakfast.
You can also get tinned chicken, which is a good tuna substitute if you don't like fish... as far as I know its not on the bad food list. Also egg (properly cooked... no runny bits) and cheese are good ways to add protein. As with anything, keep it cold until you are about to eat it.

It's costing a bomb.

Has anyone got tips of easy stuff for lunches that's healthy AND filling. I hate fish/tinned meats etc so adding tuna or salmon to stuff is a no go.

So far, I'm thinking tortilla packed with veges and sometimes ham from the sealed packs. I just don't know if it would have enough protein, carbs and filling stuff.

Also, snacks that are filling. I'm not craving chips or anything but I am tending to eat them in the afternoons cos they fill me up. But I would prefer not to become a beached whale again. I have a popcorn maker but hate plain popcorn (and with the amount of maple syrup I put on, I'd be better off to have chips) ....
