I was just too worried about snapping something but after the roasting DH got over leaving the beer in there in the first place he forcefully fixed the situation.  All clean and de-beered now.<br /><br />Thanks for the responses.]]>

They are about 3/4 from the front on the top of the sides. I think they have arrows on them. They need to be pulled up to come off and need a little bit of force.<br /><br />Hope this helps :)]]>

I don't have the manual and the downloadable one doesn't tell me how anyway.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It seems to be a generic manual that has different shelves/baskets to mine.<br /><br />DH decided to put some beer in the freezer last night to cool down fast and forgot about it so we had an explosive night and I need to take the bins out to clean behind and under them.  They are locked on the arm and I have tried to pull them out but they won't budge.  There will be a simple trick to get them out I just don't know how and was wondering if anyone on here knows.<br /><br />Thanks]]>
