yes sausage rolls can freeze and if have extra bread for fairy bread can freeze that too and what about saveloys too.

i would just go with getting more food than rsvp but make sure is food that won't get wasted, that way you won't feel stressed about non rsvpers! Have a few bags of potato chips and packets of biscuts in the cupboard so you can bulk up what you have. Could you make some things that you could freeze and not produce unless lots of people turn up. You could do some things that you could eat later say bacon and egg pies, muffins, slices etc. Then only set out what you need for the rsvp people and if more turn up can get out some of the extras. If no one extra turns up then freeze the extra stuff?
