Just through resting lots I have found it to be better but I still get the burning pain in my pubic bone when I first get out of bed..........stink thing is I have been told this makes all good for child birth but I'm having a c section.....ripped off
LOL anyways hope you feel some relief soon as I feel your pain!!

As for the belts and physio I am not quite in your area so can't recommend anyone, but I would strongly suggest checking out local acupuncturists and / or an osteopath with experience in treating pregnant women.

I used a Smiley belt (pretty much like the wetsuit one EmilysMum mentioned, but commercially produced), I got mine off Trademe.
I gave birth vaginally, usually once you're in labour the SPD pain pales in comparison!!

I'm in tauranga so was going to recommend my osteopath, but thats just a little too far for you to travel! I ended up with an emergency c-section as even after 3 induction atttempts bubs wasn't budging, but this was more to do with her being 10lb6oz and posterior than my SPD! Luckily my SPD wasn't that bad.
