Hi Dani,

I am going through this now. IRD work on the amount of care you have of the children. I have been told that as I will be doing shared care (week on week off) I will get what I am entitled to, they told me the amount as to my income. CCS is worked out on your income too, and I will keep that due to the care I have of the kids and that my income with 2 children doesn't quite hit the limit.

Unsure of the living in the house together, i didn't ask that. We are at the moment but that is till I know what I want to do and what help I can get.

Hey there,

Has anyone had experience with WINZ (only CCS) and IRD when separating,

As in you didn't qualify when you and partner were together now you have separated you do qualify. Do you have to live in separate houses?

May sound a bit silly I know. But any answers may be helpful.
